I am extremely happy with my attorney Brent Newcomb. He has great communication skills, speaks both Russian and English, which was just perfect for me at the very beginning. Brent is very polite, excellent listener, he will never interrupt while you’re speaking. First he will listen to you, and then,... step by step, he will answer all your questions and advise all your concerns easily and clearly. He was always responsive to my calls and emails. His assistant Agata was also very nice and helpful during the whole process of the preparation of all the documents we needed to submit. We also noticed that they will never offer you the services you don’t really need. So we could feel that they were really trying to help us, but not charging here and there. Brent Newcomb attended my asylum interview and made the necessary explanations to my officer in time and in a proper manner. He is a professional. And before the interview he explains you in details, what to expect during this procedure, and how to answer specific questions, which gives you this feeling of confidence. My asylum status was approved in 6 days after the actual interview. And this is great! Now me and my husband have all the documents we need. Maybe when somebody has an easy case, this lawyer can help but... I lost more than a year waiting for NOTHING because instead of filing i-130 first, and then i-485, or at least together, he filed i-485 and only after a year plus he decides to file i-130. After asking why he didn't file those forms ...the right way and time, as the response, you get an unpleasant attitude, pretty much telling you are nobody in this country. He hires unprofessional assistants who make lots of mistakes on top of that. People think because he is an American citizen who speaks Russian, would help them a lot, but that's a huge mistake I've made and paid for it with my time and money. I ended up hiring another attorney who really helped me. My best advice - DO YOUR RESEARCH before hiring somebody!

Huge surprise to me to see this negative comments..Mr. Newcomb was my lawyer 15 years ago. I didn't have any problems during naturalization process. He help me a lot with all my questions. He was able to go to my interview. He provided outstanding service. Thanks again to be around in stressful... time
