I was able to retain the services of Steve after he was highly recommended for a Probate Case matter in the Cook County Court System. A petition for guardianship was filed against a family member of mine. At the time of the petition I had Power of Attorney for my family member who was fully competen...t and also had legal counsel. After Steve reviewed the basic facts of the petition and our evidence against any type of guardianship he agreed to take the case. Steve not only prepared a defense against the allegations. He is also an expert in the field of completing a thorough accounting of funds. Steve completed a sixteen page report of assets and spending. This was for an eight year period which Steve submitted to the court. Along with his accounting document, numerous gathering of evidence documents, along with Physicians reports and most important was his professional presentation of Motion to Dismiss Petition in front of the presiding judge. Within a 20 minute period in front of the judge, the case was dismissed, ending this ordeal which began last November when the petition was filed. I have been communicating with friends and relatives about the skills and how easy it has been working with Steve. He explains every detail on what he is doing. If I had a question, he always took time to respond. If necessary he would explain it in layman's terms as to what he was doing and what was going on in each court proceeding. I highly recommend retaining Steve if you are facing a guardianship matter. I would definitely retain Steve and his seventeen years of law practice in this specialized field again if needed.

Steve represented us in a trust dispute and we were very pleased with his professionalism.
