What I appreciated most about Lisa was that she was constantly catching the things that the others had missed or not thoroughly explained - realtors, lenders, etc. Her diligence prevented us from signing onto situations that we would have regretted after the fact. One such situation was a buyer th...at wanted a quick close, followed by a period of time where we would rent back our place from the buyer. Had we not had Lisa, our (and our realtor's) eagerness would have had us signing the contract without fully understanding what we were getting ourselves into. Ultimately we went with another buyer with more traditional terms that we were comfortable with. Definitely the unsung hero of our buy/sell experience.
