I was referred to Moskovic & Associates by a friend of mine who used them for his divorce, and he was very happy with their services. My ex was in contempt of court on the Judgment of Dissolution for a handful of issues: the s...ettlement of the marital home (which my ex was refusing to settle with me), money owed to me for paying off marital debt, and setting up child support. I knew going into this level of post-decree litigation, that it was going to be very problematic with my ex. In a word, my ex was one of the most challenging people they had to deal with. With that said, Garrett met and exceeded the challenge presented to him, and he represented me and my best interests with determination, compassion, and skillfulness. Garrett Miller has a great command of the laws, and his proficiency and ability to navigate through such a laborious case was beyond my expectations. I feel so blessed that Garrett was able help me through my case, get all issues resolved well in my favor, and the results he fought for were beyond my expectations.
