Several years ago, while an investor in medical marijuana, our facilities were raided and several associates were indicted, facing up to a decade in prison. When the Judge kindly gave our "drug cartel conspiracy" no prison time, the US Attorney decided to challenge that by indicting me for fraud in m...y own personal telecommunications business, a career and industry I had successfully pursued since the 1980's. My family was traumatized. The Government was seeking 30 years to life in prison.
