Audrey practices Collaborative Divorce. Collaborative Divorce is a voluntary dispute resolution process in which you and your spouse settle your divorce without going to Court. This process empowers you to resolve your legal disputes without judges making decisions for you. It provides you with specially trained Collaborative lawyers, mental health and financial professionals to educate, support and guide you in reaching balanced, respectful and lasting agreements.

Audrey practices in the areas of criminal defense, landlord-tenant, business formation, and family law. She enjoys providing legal services to Montana State University students through the ASMSU legal services program.

Audrey believes families can reduce conflict during the divorce process by using collaborative models to resolve legal disputes without judges or court involvement. As an attorney-mediator she guides families through the divorce transition by offering a safe and dignified environment where clients can reach balanced, respectful and lasting agreements.
