My wife and I were very stressed about our financial situation. Upon our first meeting with Stuart, we already started to feel better. He was professional, helpful....not judgmental at all. He helped guide us through the process of successfully filing bankruptcy. He has really seen it all when it com...es to bankruptcy and knew how to handle any situation we threw at him. His experience was very reassuring. He is always prompt with answering questions, and his assistant Katie is excellent as well. I could not recommend anyone more. Never thought bankruptcy would be such a pleasant experience!

Excellent Legal Services, Highly Recommend!

I had been agonizing for months over the decision to declare bankruptcy. After a phonecall to Stuart, within a week, he met with me and explained the entire bankruptcy process in great detail and made me feel much more at ease during a very difficult time. This was a gut wrenching decision for me to ...make, and I appreciated Stuart's thoughtful and non judgemental approach to working with me. Excellent Service and Difficult Situation made Easy
