Stuart and his Legal Secretary Katie where so professional and helpful. They really where very repectful and kind through the whole process. They were always available to answer questions and to calm my fears. I can not say enough about how repectful they were to me. Because I had a really hard time ...with filing Bankrupty. They assured me at every turn that it would work out fine. Not only did they give the tools to go through the process. They also gave me the tools to work through my money problems and build a better future.So I would recommend them to anyone facing Bankrupty. Very knowlodgeable about the laws and the proceedings of the Court system. Very great service.

He took the Stress Away

My wife and I were very stressed about our financial situation. Upon our first meeting with Stuart, we already started to feel better. He was professional, helpful....not judgmental at all. He helped guide us through the process of successfully filing bankruptcy. He has really seen it all when it com...es to bankruptcy and knew how to handle any situation we threw at him. His experience was very reassuring. He is always prompt with answering questions, and his assistant Katie is excellent as well. I could not recommend anyone more. For what we paid Stuart, the value was tremendous.

Excellent Legal Services, Highly Recommend!

I had been agonizing for months over the decision to declare bankruptcy. After a phonecall to Stuart, within a week, he met with me and explained the entire bankruptcy process in great detail and made me feel much more at ease during a very difficult time. This was a gut wrenching decision for me to ...make, and I appreciated Stuart's thoughtful and non judgemental approach to working with me. Katie, Stuart's legal assistant, was wonderful to work with as well, very compassionate and understanding. Now I am allowed to move forward in my life free of debt and with a renewed commitment to manage my finances with a new level of consciousness. Excellent Service and Difficult Situation made Easy

I had been contemplating filing bankruptcy for quite some time and finally consulted with Mr. Whitehair. I am so glad I did! In the initial consultation he was so thorough and explained everything so it was easy to understand. He mapped out the events that would take place and what would be expected ...of me.
