Knowledgable and reduced the stress of this process as much as it could be

Stuart and Katie are amazing! I could not recommend them any more highly. The decision to file bankruptcy is not one I took lightly and it took me a long time to finally go this route. I was so incredibly embarrassed and stressed. They are so knowledgeable there weren't any surprises. I just can't sa...y enough about how responsive they are to questions. They helped explain and re-explain complicated issues during a difficult time. I'm grateful for the compassion they have for their clients. It's easy to feel defeated & like a failure when going through this and they help to ease that a bit.

Excellent service! Hired!

Bankruptcy was a very hard decision for me... After making one quick easy phone call I had an appointment within days! I was a nervous wreck the morning I went in, when I walked in I was greeted by Katie (Stuart's assistant). I instantly felt more relaxed! They are the best team I could have ever ha...d! My first appointment they explained absolutely EVERYTHING that was going to go on. I called several times with questions and they were always right there with the answer! So HAPPY that I chose Stuart Whitehair as my attorney! Now this part of my life is closed and I can move forward and better myself. Without a doubt in my mind I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office if you are searching for an Attorney!

Excellent Legal Services, Highly Recommend!

I had been agonizing for months over the decision to declare bankruptcy. After a phonecall to Stuart, within a week, he met with me and explained the entire bankruptcy process in great detail and made me feel much more at ease during a very difficult time. This was a gut wrenching decision for me to ...make, and I appreciated Stuart's thoughtful and non judgemental approach to working with me. Katie, Stuart's legal assistant, was wonderful to work with as well, very compassionate and understanding. Now I am allowed to move forward in my life free of debt and with a renewed commitment to manage my finances with a new level of consciousness. Excellent Service and Difficult Situation made Easy

I had been contemplating filing bankruptcy for quite some time and finally consulted with Mr. Whitehair. I am so glad I did! In the initial consultation he was so thorough and explained everything so it was easy to understand. He mapped out the events that would take place and what would be expected ...of me.
