Expungement
I was looking for an expungement Lawyer in Montana and a friend gave me Layne Scheveck's card. I highly recommend Mr. Scheveck for expungements. He got my entire criminal history erased, which was a lot. Well worth the money. He was always answered his phone and was very professional.

Replied last October 06, 2017Thank you for the review!! I advocate for the innocent. Some criminal charges get dismissed after suppression hearings (4th amendment violations) . This was one of my favorite jobs at the Public Defenders Office.

excellent attorney
He was educational in the law where I could understand it. In court I was very impressed on how he conducted himself. We had an uphill battle and he got the results that I wanted. I would highly recommend him.

Replied last October 05, 2017Thank you for the review!! I try to explain the law in a way that we all can easily understand. I go to court to advocate for my clients and I prefer to go to trial. I want my peers to decide the merits rather than the prosecution. And most of the time, we get the results we want.
