Personal Injury

Mr. Scheveck helped me through a rough time with the my insurance company after my accident. He consistently communicated with me and did a great job explaining the process and laws to me. I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone needing a lawyer.

Thank you for the review!! I try my best to explain insurance law to my clients. Insurance law is complicated and confusing but is manageable. I think everyone should learn insurance law so they can protect themselves. When you hire an attorney to represent you, your odds of winning increase substantially. I put on free clinics here in Billings for anyone who wants to know about insurance law.

excellent attorney

He was educational in the law where I could understand it. In court I was very impressed on how he conducted himself. We had an uphill battle and he got the results that I wanted. I would highly recommend him.

Thank you for the review!! I try to explain the law in a way that we all can easily understand. I go to court to advocate for my clients and I prefer to go to trial. I want my peers to decide the merits rather than the prosecution. And most of the time, we get the results we want.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
