Child Custody

He was completely incompetent and I lost my kids due to the lack of attention he paid to my 3year long battle. He was supposed to be ready for a hearing and I didn’t know he was supposed to be my attorney until about 2weeks prior to the hearing that he said I should give up on instead of getting my r...ights terminated I relinquished so I could at least be able to see/talk to them. Worthless as can be.

To be fair, I was appointed by the Office of Public Defender two weeks prior to your relinquishment. I did not have your case during the prior three years.

completely incompetent

Brandon Hartford wasn’t competent to successfully argue a he said she said with zero evidence, one witness who testified she had her eyes closed and an officer who wasn’t there. Furthermore, he never contacted me. The only reason we spoke prior to the trial was because I happened to cross paths with ...him in a coffee shop the morning of the trial. After the trial my calls were neither answered nor were they returned. This is the worst lawyer I have ever had the displeasure of hiring.

I’m sorry that your case did not resolve in the manner that you wished it would. However, we did have contact prior to the morning of trial and we discussed all witnesses that the State would bring to trial.

Responsive

He was responsive, provided me a cell number and worked hard on my matter. Felt at ease based on his knowledge and understanding of the law.

Awesome

I've personally used Brandon for various things and he has always been not only professional but caring. He and his team literally go to bat for you and they are extremely reasonable in their rates. I'd suggest Hartford law firm to anyone based on our experiences.

I was charged with DUI

I was wrongfully accused of a DUI in Montana. I contacted Brandon and he went right to work on my case. He provided me with his cell phone, office number and email address. He was responsive to text messages and telephone calls. After filing a motion, he had my case dismissed and saved my job.
