Best attorney in North Dakota !!!!!!

Treated well by him and his office, he dug I’m and got it done for us.

I was falsely accused of a serious matter. I’d thought it was so unbelievable that I would never be charged. A short time after the accusations, I started searching for legal help in case I needed it. Lloyd’s office staff treated me with compassion and respect. When charges did come about months later, Lloyd was ready to go to work for us. I knew without a doubt that he believed in my innocence and that he’d do his best for us. After my accuser was caught in wrongdoing, Lloyd took depositions that brought the truth to light and caused the prosecution to file to dismiss charges. The judge has signed the papers and the legal issues are over. We can’t go back and take away the accusations but things could have ended differently and I could be another innocent person paying a price for something I didn’t do. I’d hire Lloyd again in a heartbeat, he’s busy at times but always took time to be very well prepared and to make things as easy for me as possible. I’m grateful to him and his staff for their encouragement, for their hard work in getting the best justice possible in this case.

I am an attorney in Bismarck, North Dakota with nearly 20 years experience in criminal law as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. I've handled thousands of criminal cases and have tried hundreds of cases to jury verdict in all areas of criminal law-DUI cases, sex cases, drug offenses, property and white collar crimes, and violent crimes including homicides. I've argued dozens of appeals to the North Dakota Supreme Court, and am licensed in North Dakota state court, the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota, and the United States Supreme Court.

My wealth of experience in criminal law on both the prosecution and defense side of cases gives me a unique insight into each case. Having built criminal cases from the ground up has taught me how to break them down into their smallest parts and find their weaknesses.

Best attorney in North Dakota !!!!!!

He was the best attorney I’ve ever used. He was very responsive and thorough. Mr suhr won my drug possession case. I had 4 felonies and he got the whole thing dropped because the police officer took too long during the stop. Best 7k I’ve ever spent in my life! Thanks me suhr.

Best lawyer in Bismarck/Mandan area

Lloyd was highly educated on the laws and my rights. was very good at negotiating with the Prosecutors and doing everything in his power to keep me out of jail and making sure I didn’t have any crazy charges on my record. He defended me on multiple cases and came out on top on every case there looked to be no light at the end of my tunnel and upon hiring him he gave me hope and made me able to sleep at night. Anytime I had a question or concern, concerning my cause he was quick to respond and very informative on what was happening... he’s not only a great lawyer but a great guy on a personal level and you could always tell his sincerity about his concern for your livelyhod and your case... in closing if your looking for a fairly priced lawyer who is ready and willing to fight for your freedom he is definitely the guy to choice I was lucky to stumble spin him and am very great full for everything he didn’t for me I wouldn’t hope for anything better... thanks Lloyd your the best!

Best Lawyer

Best lawyer there is. Works hard for his clients, and cares about them. He was down to earth. I felt like he was on top of everything. If I would ever need a lawyer again he would be my only choice.

Knowledgeable and Understanding!

When we hired Lloyd he was very understanding of our situation. Lloyd was very easy to get in contact with when we needed to discuss things with him. He was very knowledgeable in the process we would be going through and he gave sound advice that would give our family the best possible outcome. Everyone in his office was very kind and professional. I believe he did an amazing job and his fees were very reasonable! Brilliant....Just a Brilliant Job

Let me tell ya, this guy knows how to frame a jury pool early...He not only explained to them what they will be seeing in terms of evidence but also getting them to agree ( in either nodding their head or raising their hand ) to being pulled over for the same reason I was, only to remind them 7 hours later in the closing argument of what they saw for evidence and all agreed to in the beginning...It was powerful and left the jury with little doubt but to come back with a NOT guilty verdict.

Gross Sexual Imposition Case

I was falsely accused of gross sexual imposition. I hired Lloyd on as my attorney, and he was fantastic. He kept very good contact with us at all times with everything that was happening with the case, did much research on the topic, and presented all of our evidence in court in a professional and detailed manner. I would hire Lloyd back in a heartbeat if it ever came down to it. He really knows what he’s doing.
