Lindsay M. Wilz (Harris) grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota. After graduating from Bismarck High School, she attended North Dakota State University and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a minor in Mathematics.
After receiving her undergraduate education, Lindsay attended the University of North Dakota School of Law. While in law school, Lindsay served as the co-captain of the law school trial team, Symposium Editor of the North Dakota Law Review, and teaching assistant for Trial Advocacy. In recognition of her oral advocacy skills, Lindsay was elected to the Order of Barristers. Lindsay earned her law degree in 2012, graduating cum laude.
Following law school, Lindsay returned to Bismarck and served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring of the North Dakota Supreme Court. Lindsay is licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Montana, and she focuses her practice on plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death law.
Lindsay is also active in legal community. She is the President of the Young Lawyers’ Section of the State Bar Association and is the Secretary of the North Dakota Association for Justice. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She is married and resides in Bismarck.
