Damian John Huettl

Damian is a founding partner of Larson Latham Huettl LLP, one of North Dakota's largest law firms.  The firm's partners have several decades of legal experience to help tackle the most complex issues facing its clients.

Because of his community connections and desire for improvement, Damian is regularly called upon to serve on various community groups and boards.  Most recently, he served on the City of Mandan's Beautification Committee as its chairperson.  He also recently served on the City of Mandan's Leadership, Pride, and Image committee.  He is also the president of the Mandan Baseball Club, Inc., which funds and conducts operations for all of Mandan's youth baseball and softball from ages 7-18.  Finally, Damian also spends many hours as a volunteer youth baseball, football, and basketball coach.

 Damian is a frequent speaker before various community, business, and government groups on the topics of estate planning, retirement, and elder law.  These groups include, but are not limited to, the National Association of Financial and Insurance Advisors (NAIFA), North Dakota Retirement and Investment Office, North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System (ND PERS), North Dakota Association Of Rural Electric Cooperatives, Ameriprise Financial Advisors, and Primecare Health Group.  Damian's presentations always include detailed written materials tailored to his audience.  Additionally, his collection of writings also includes various articles published in the the Bismarck Tribune, City Magazine, and Senior Lifestyles.
