Greg Liebl helped me make it through an extremely stressful time in my daughter's and my life. My daughter has lived with me since she was 1 1/2 months old. I was naïve when I agreed to our custody papers, when my daughter was a baby, which allowed my daughter to be with me Monday through Thursday an...d her mother Friday through Sunday. For the first couple years, her mother was in prison. When she was released, neither my daughter's mother or I abided by the agreement in the papers. She stayed with me a majority of the time. My daughter only went to her mother's every other weekend which her mother hadn't complained about. My daughter did however. She felt she was unfairly treated and that they were mean to her when she was over there. I went to an arbitrator who gave me some bad information that I took as fact and we proceeded to court. In what I felt was in the best interest of my daughter, I took the case back to court so we could adjust the custody papers to reflect our current living arrangements so my daughter didn't end up in a worse situation having to go to her mother's every weekend. I went into this on my own without a lawyer. We went to court and her mother decided that she wanted our daughter to live with her. She had hired a lawyer. This back-fired on me and I was ordered to follow the current custody papers until the matter was resolved. My daughter had to go to her mother's every weekend. This was a living hell for her. My daughter was constantly put down and told that the she was going to be taken away from me by her mother. Her grades dropped, she stopped working well with others, and couldn't understand why things couldn't go back to the way they were prior. They constantly talked bad about me which is something that doesn't bother me however it did hurt my daughter. The whole situation felt hopeless at times and I felt helpless at moments. After some research, I found Greg Liebl. He agreed to be my lawyer. Through this horrible situation, he set realistic expectations with me concerning my situation.
