In 2008-09 I first used Greg as my lawyer. We both thought we were going to win hands down considering all the evidence we brought forward. To our surprise, I did not win. He was really sympathetic and worked with me on the bill. In 2017-18, I again used Greg and his partners because he already k...new the history of my case. The only difference this time is my child wanted to live with me. Greg explained and made sure that nothing was a for sure win. He worked with me on the costs right off the bat because he knew I should have won the last time. Once we went to court and provided everything to the judge, the judge favored in my favor. Greg will fight for you especially when he knows the whole case up front and let you know what he personally thinks up front but also reminds you he is not the judge and can not make the final call. I was lucky enough to hire Greg while he was working in Williston. I was in a very traumatic situation that had my children being kept from me in another state. He swooped in and ate my ex for lunch and exposed all of the the lies, violence...etc. I was granted full custody of my children, and he ca...lled me immediately to tell me. The only regret I have is that because of using all my finances up on stuff my ex should have paid for, I hot behind on my bills with him. He gave my children back their mom. I will forever be in debt, and do not plan on ignoring what I owe. He has been nothing short of professional and amazing.
