I would not recommend Mr. Vickers to anyone dealing with a Child Custody matter in Moorhead, MN. This attorney agreed to represent me. I sent the required information and retainer only to find out three days prior to the hearing thru an email that he would not be representing me. I felt this to be... very unethical and troubling. Because of his misconduct I have now spent over 55,000.00 in lawyer bills
