Out of stater
I am out of state and got charged with a felony driving through SD. Robert was fair in pricing and confident he could help me. He was able to calm me down in a stressful time and provide great service. Robert was able to get my felony down to a misdemeanor in a timely manner and did not let this case drag out. Very happy with my decision choosing Robert to represent me.

We hired Robert for a misdemeanor crime. The crime took place in South Dakota and we live in Washington State. We were fortunate to find him as time was ticking. Once we talked to him, he found the case and went to work. For us, it was smooth and easy. We kept in contact with him and everything happened just as he said it would. We are relieved and grateful.

Amazing Trial Attorney
I was wrongfully accused of a serious felony offense. Bob Pasqualucci took my case and it was immediately clear I had chosen the right attorney. Bob went the extra distance to find facts and evidence that proved my innocent at jury trial. Without Bob's legal knowledge and experience as a former prosecutor this case could have turned out extremely different. I highly recommend Bob and his legal team if you are charged with criminal offense.

Highly recommended!!
Mr. Pasqualucci represented myself on a DUI 4th offense. He was very knowledgeable and caring. He always responded to any questions I had in a very timely manner and always kept me informed of everything pertaining to my case. I believe that my outcome was the best it possibly could have been given the circumstances. I don't believe that any other lawyer could have done any better than Mr. Pasqualucci. He is very professional and easy to talk to on a personal level. I would recommend his counsel hands down above anyone else.
