I grew up on an acreage just outside of small town, De Smet, South Dakota with my parents and three younger sisters. While in law school I was the President of the Trial Team where I spent time traveling the nation competing against the nation's future top litigators. After law school I worked as a law clerk for the First Judicial Circuit which consists of six judges. The insight, accumen, and experience gained working with the very people who will decide your case cannot be overlooked. I was raised with the same hard working, midwest values I bring to all my cases and into the courtroom. Could have done better on my own
Zach failed to communicate with me whatsoever. I was never told what my fines were, when any of my court dates were, and he never responded when I asked him to call me multiple times. Replied last January 16, 2020Unfortunately, whomever posted this chose to remain anonymous and not have a conversation with me about their case. Often times, poor outcomes in criminal cases are due to someones criminal history, conduct prior to hiring an attorney, and overall risk level associated by court services. It is unfortunate that this person is dissatisfied, likely only with their outcome, but we cannot guarantee the Judge's ultimate decision.
