Biography
Originally from Southern California, Edward enlisted in the United States Army after graduating from high school. He was trained as an Intelligence Analyst, and learned the importance of attention to details and being thorough in analyzing any situation.
After being honorably discharged, he went to college and then to law school in Iowa with the intent of making the Midwest his new home. After graduating law school, he moved to South Dakota where he spent the next six years as a prosecutor in the largest city and county in South Dakota. He then spent two years in private practice with small firm in Sioux Falls before creating his own company.

We hired Edward from a referral from someone else. Based on our experience with Edward they will no longer be recommending him to anyone going forward. We can honestly say there was nothing he did that was helpful, in fact just the opposite. His demeanor and way in which he talks to people is condes...

Replied last December 31, 2024I'm sorry to hear you had such a negative experience. One of the things I'm known for and actually pride myself on is giving people a blunt and honest assessment of their cases - even if it isn't always great news or the news a client wants to hear. I've always felt I'd be doing a disservice to a client if I pretended like things are better than they really are. But I never try to do that in a demeaning or condescending way. I also like to say that no one attorney is the right fit for every client, and it doesn't sound like I was in this case. Beyond that, I'm not able to respond to specifics of this case, partially due to attorney-client privilege, but also since this is anonymous review and I'm not sure to which case this is referring (and I respect your desire for privacy and to remain anonymous). Happy New Year and best wishes for 2025.
