Biography
I am a full time criminal defense lawyer who decided to move with my family to Fergus Falls and raise our family. My entire career has been dedicated to representing people charged with state and federal crimes, including DUI. My experience has taken me all over Minnesota to represent my clients.
Within my practice, I have tried numerous different kinds of cases to juries, received a not guilty verdicts, obtained hosts of dismissals of cases, suppressed key pieces of evidence, prevented cases from being charged out through vigorous private investigations, and have engaged in very favorable plea negotiations.

Need an Attorney, look no further.
Represented me in a BWI case, and did an excellent job of representing me. Ended up pleading to Careless Boating, meaning i broke a Lake Minnetonka Conservation District ordinance. 2 days Community Service and have to attend a 1 day DWI Class. My driving record is clean and no BWI on my record. YEAH!...
