JoAnn Evenson Highly recommend

Within the first 1/2 hour of interviewing JoAnn and Aaron, I knew this firm was where I was supposed to be. There was a greater force at play. I felt heard and understood; something I hadn't felt with my prior attorney. My divorce was extremely complicated (long term marraige, business interests, non...-marital property issues, prenuptial agreement, etc.) and very scary for me. they put me at ease with their knowledge, respect, and compassion. There was always a prompt return on questions and emails. They are upfront, organized, efficient, logical thinkers. Their legal assistant, Jamie, did a great job creating spreadsheets to summarize financials. This put everything into perspective for me. I was Impressed! And best of all, when my case was over my settlement was much more than I expected! Knowledgeable pros! I highly recommend Joann Evenson and Aaron.

JoAnn Evenson

JoAnn took the time to explain every step that would happen in my divorce proceedings and continued to explain as the divorce proceedings went forward. She worked very hard to get things done as quickly as possible despite the lawyer my ex husband hired, who seemed to never have things completed on t...ime. Even my ex commented how effecient my lawyer was. JoAnn has a very caring yet strong personality that is needed to protect her client's legal rights. I would highly recommend JoAnn.

Smart and Compassionate Lawyer

I worked with Joann Evenson during my very complicated divorce. Joann made a very stressful situation easier. She is very compassionate and I felt like she really cared for me as a person and she wanted to do the best to help me and do what was best for my young children. It was a divorce that in...volved restraining orders, child custody, and division of large amounts of property and assists. Joann was and is very knowledgeable in all those areas. I would say that the area that Joann shined the most was in the courtroom. During our numerous visits to the courthouse I could tell that each of the Judge's respected her and really listened to her. She was always prepared and organized. I always walked out of the courthouse feeling that Joann got all the information I needed for her to get to the Judge, therefore I knew he would make a fair judgement. Also, I want to mention that Joann's paralegal was fantastic. I knew that anytime I talked with her that she would get the information I needed to Joann. She is also so caring and compassionate, as well. Together they make a perfect team.

Honest, Hard Working, Champion

JoAnn Evenson has helped me immensely through my hardships. She has fought for and beside me being considerate and caring of the needs of me and my family. When she represents a person she overseas every detail without missing out or taking advantage of what you put in or what you expect. She carr...ies herself very highly and is extremely professional in all her dealings with you inside and outside of courts including other attorneys. I would highly suggest you go to JoAnn for legal assistance as she is direct, courteous, and meticulous. You'll feel very happy and safe knowing you have such a tenuous person to represent you and trust me, you need someone like her.
