Problem-solver. Teacher. Strategist. While the word “attorney” frequently conjures up images of courtrooms and the infamous scene between Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson in A Few Good Men, most of my days are spent training, strategizing, and collaborating with organizations on Human Resources and employment law issues. Giving my clients the strategy and training needed to keep them out of the courtroom and off of the witness stand is what I consider to be my best, most successful day as an attorney. 

I am part of the successful, community-minded Employment Group at Quinlivan & Hughes, P.A. and represent organizations on a variety of workplace and employment law matters. While my passion revolves around keeping clients out of the courtroom, I know that litigation isn’t always avoidable and that, sometimes, you get sued, even when you’ve done everything right.
