Andrew Michael Tatge

Andrew is a Partner and Chair of Gislason & Hunter's Family Law Practice Group.  He represents clients in a wide range of business and family law matters throughout southern Minnesota and the Twin Cities, meeting clients in the firm's Mankato, New Ulm, Minneapolis, and Hutchinson offices. 

Andrew primarily represents farmers, business owners, professionals, high wage earners, and other high net worth individuals (or their spouses) in divorce, antenuptial agreement and other family law matters. 

Clients seeking to protect their non-marital assets in the event of divorce (through the creation of antenuptial and post-nuptial agreements) and divorcing parties with significant assets or a business appreciate Andrew's experience with businesses and knowledge related to asset valuation, accounting and finance principles. Divorcing parents and unmarried parents involved in disputes concerning their children appreciate Andrew's analytical and logical approach to resolving child custody and parenting time issues.

Andrew also represents business owners with their legal needs, taking him from the board room to the court room (and many places in between) throughout Minnesota. His business clients range from individuals looking for advice on how to start a business to established, multi-million dollar businesses in need of a full range of general counsel and litigation services. He has negotiated, documented, and closed million dollar business and real estate transactions, mediated and settled numerous disputes and, when necessary, litigated clients' cases at the trial and appellate levels.
