Jim is a true professional, he know's every angle when dealing with defiant renters. Jim totally took over a bad situation, without him everything would have been at a standstill. I rented my beautiful home in Hibbing a couple of years ago and moved back to my home state, all was fine for the firs...t year and a half, after that the renter lost his job and eventually quit paying rent and refused to kindly leave my home.
