Jim is definitely on the ball! From the starting gate, he was willing to listen and see through my drug and criminal history to recognize the success I have had in changing my life in the last 7 years. He accepted late evening phone calls, and prepared several Affidavits and Motions very late in the... night for my review and signature. He was also very cool and collected when I was all fired up about my son's Mothers activities. Jim is willing to do the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly the first time. From the beginning of my custody case, through to the end, Jim was there to fight for my rights, guide me through the legal maze, and steered us away from a very lengthy and expensive trial. I was awarded Temporary Physical and Legal Custody on an Ex Parte Motion, and then awarded Joint Legal and Joint Physical Custody, with my son in my care.
