Steven Vance Rose

Drawing on a wide array of expertise, Steven Rose represents an equally broad roster of clients in civil, commercial and real estate litigation, including mechanic's liens, personal injury and landlord/tenant law. In addition, he has litigated a number of cases involving construction defects, breach of warranty claims and construction financing; and his practice includes debtor and lender representation.

Steven’s success as a litigator also reflects his experience as a student attorney at Hamline University School of Law, where he focused on family law matters and represented the interests of children involved in adoption, truancy, and protection cases. In addition, he accesses wide-ranging experience from his work at the Office of the St. Louis County Attorney, where he assisted in the prosecution of general crimes, including second-degree murder, felony drug offenses and sexual assault. Steven also protected victims' rights by providing them information regarding the status of their offender's case, explaining the criminal process, and ensuring that victims were afforded the opportunity to exercise their rights.

The growth of his practice owes not just to Steven’s breadth of experience.
