The great majority of my practice is as a collaborative team divorce attorney. This is because my clients have found the interdisciplinary model of team divorce to be so effective with them.

I have a real heart for the elderly and the wisdom they can continue to teach us even in the last years of their lives. I enjoy working with elders and their families to help plan for elder care, both in terms of finances and lifestyle arrangements.

I retain some areas of general practice from my earlier areas of focus, and continue to enjoy helping clients to finalize estate issues when they lose a loved one. Recently, most of this work has been through informal probate and utlizing some probate avoiding devices to avoid formal probate.

I have always loved the field of real estate and need to remain familiar with this area of practice as it nearly always is part of family law proceedings.
