John Rolland Neve

John Neve has more than 20 years of experience practicing in business law and civil litigation. He has represented a wide range of businesses, from startups to publicly traded companies. Even with his history of providing counsel to large corporations, he is still passionate about assisting entrepreneurs and small business owners in navigating the complicated legal and business-related issues they face each day.

Early in his career, John focused primarily on litigating commercial disputes, such as minority shareholder disputes, non-compete agreement conflicts, trade secret cases, breaches of contract, and complicated real estate contests. As he found continued success while representing businesses in complex legal disputes, his role as a litigator has transformed into both advisor and problem-solver. He is frequently called upon to fill the role of outside general counsel, providing advice on key business decisions for large companies and startups. John has leveraged his litigation experience to effectively neogatiate and close a variety of business transactions.  His greatest satisfaction comes when he uses his insight and experience to identify and avoid problems before they arise.
