John Neve has more than 20 years of experience practicing in business law and civil litigation. He has represented a wide range of businesses, from startups to publicly traded companies. Even with his history of providing counsel to large corporations, he is still passionate about assisting entrepreneurs and small business owners in navigating the complicated legal and business-related issues they face each day.
Early in his career, John focused primarily on litigating commercial disputes, such as minority shareholder disputes, non-compete agreement conflicts, trade secret cases, breaches of contract, and complicated real estate contests. As he found continued success while representing businesses in complex legal disputes, his role as a litigator has transformed into both advisor and problem-solver. He is frequently called upon to fill the role of outside general counsel, providing advice on key business decisions for large companies and startups. John has leveraged his litigation experience to effectively neogatiate and close a variety of business transactions. His greatest satisfaction comes when he uses his insight and experience to identify and avoid problems before they arise.

I don't hesitate to recommend John to anyone I know needing legal advice. He helped me understand a very complex business transaction, and his advice and representation brought our desired results. I have not found another attorney as thorough and professional as John. Thank you John!
"I have had the honor of working with John for almost 7 years. John has an excellent ability to map out winning strategies and see them through for clients."
"I endorse John for his outstanding litigation skills and savvy. I'd rather be on the same side of a case as John next time as opposed to the other side!"
"John Neve has an exceptional reputation as a litigator. He is well known in the community for his strong courtroom skills, tactical approach, and passionate commitment to his client's interests. Better yet, John stands above the crowd for his integrity and ability to sympathize and connect with his clients without judgment. I proudly refer clients to John without hesitation and with confidence that they will thank me for the introduction. I unequivocally endorse this lawyer."
