I called Jeannette when I was served papers from my Ex-husband stating he was suing me for not complying to part of our divorce from over 10 years ago ~ Our kids were now adults and I was re-married. He was actually suing me for his portion of the equity in my home OR for me to "write-off" his child... support arrears that he still owed from years ago. He bullied me with his big-shot attorney and I was scared. I called Jeannette, since she handled my parent's divorce years ago; I recalled meeting her & thought she was great back then... Well she stood up for ME this time & fought for me when I couldn't. We saved my house AND my child support arrears! Jeanette is very professional, always follows through with what she says she will do, is very responsive to any questions you may have. She will not lead you the wrong way as she is very honest... and will inform you of any and all consequences regarding your situation. There is a lot of stress when a person is going through Divorce, Separation or Bankruptcy, I know first hand, and Jeanette was always there to explain things in a calm manner that "things will be ok, you don't have to worry, I will take care of it for you".
