I have use Jeanette Tuzinski Of Tuzinski & Zick five times over the years, she has been a professional from Start to Finish. In my opinion she is one of the best. I am so happy with her work, she comes out as a little firecracker, I leave her office saying she one lawyer knows what she is doing. She... can understand what I want and need to do. She tells me the good and the bad of the case. She tells me the right and wrong of what I am doing. When I decided to divorce with two young children, I thought we would each hire attorneys and settle within a few months. My situation turned very scary very quickly and Jeanette has been there every step of the way to help me, listen to me, encourage me, and has fought for what's right for me and m...y children during the most horrible time in our lives. She has been able to navigate every road block and obstacle that my ex has attempted to use to stall and drag everything out. Jeanette does so very firmly, but not in a way that will aggravate the opposing side. For example, my ex was trying to keep the kids all to himself over Christmas since it fell on his weekend. Jeanette quickly scheduled a phone call with our Judge and opposing counsel to get things settled 3 days before Christmas! She answers every phone call and email very quickly and explains things in terms that you can easily understand. She makes you feel like you are her number one priority and will communicate her schedule, so you know when she will be available and when she will not be. It's been a little over 7 months and we are now officially divorced, but I know we still have quite the road ahead with finances and custody details to work out. I have the utmost confidence in Jeanette and after interviewing 3 attorneys last year, I am 200% confident in my decision to hire Jeanette to represent not only me, but my children as well.
