I will start by saying that Mike has earned our respect as an excellent employment law attorney during the almost eighteen years that we have worked with him. I own a Minnesota company engaged in retail sales with approximately 60 full-time employees and 20 to 40 independent contractors (season...al). About eighteen years ago, I had an issue relating to an agreement that the company had entered into with a former owner.
