Thomas J Hunziker

In all fairness to Thomas J Hunziker he was not my Attorney but unfortunately my Arbitrator for a accident I was in back in Nov of 2009 that changed my quality of life for ever. I met Thomas for the first time May 2013. I have suffered not only dailey pain but lost my means to continue to produce a ...living like I did prior to the accident. I can't imagine what these Attorneys are thinking or are they at all. I feel that surprisingly my fate was in the hands of a man that knows nothing about me at all or what my life has been like since the accident. The insurance companies squeeze you and make you surrender and then you get Arbitrators that in my case apparently seem to be on the insurance companies payroll in some fashion. I had to wait 3 1/2 year just to be heard with zero money to pay any medical bills or support myself. Thomas seemed like he was not to concerned with any testimony the day of my arbitration. There should be a mandatory briefing to these attorneys that get to decide in less than a couple of hours your fate from 3 1/2 years of misery that is progressively getting worse and left for me to deal with for the rest of my life. You can't help but think what was this man thinking about that day did he bother to check and see if I had any income one of the doctors that treated me even came to the arbitration hearing to testify and they said the doctors usually never show up to the hearings. I thought why wouldn't they? Was I punished because he did show up? I understand that this is not a perfect world and my back always in pain will remind me of this till the day I die.Wheres the accountability ? Do we just work on statistics that only a certain percentage of claims get paid ? I feel like I could of explained my case to a infant and they could see not only the huge change in quality of life but now all the things I can't continue to do because I got a man who could decide my fate however he wanted to . I wonder how many other cases he arbitrated that day? Did he confuse my case with someone elses ? It's possible... I urge anyone that deals with any attorney at any level to right a review with your experience you had with them . They have no accountability ever and charge more than any profession out there. I don't know what will happen moving forward with my case but I know that the incompetence of Thomas J. Hunziker has cost me sevier harm both financially and more important my quality of life living with this pain dailey is less than acceptable. I have health insurance but they like myself should not have to pay for something that was insured on someone elses watch. The money is a big deal but the pain and suffering because of the incompetence of others is simply unjust in every way shape and form. Thomas J Hunziker I wish I knew what you were thinking of the day of my arbitration. Was it my long beard or biker image ? was it my tattoos that told you, I was not deserving to be compensated. Were you thinking of a vacation you were going on soon? I sure would like to know did you just have a bad day? I can see where maybe you missed a few things. Facts are that I was in the accident with a police report. I went to the doctors got mixed opinions . Was diagnosed with severe depression because of the accident. Went to a retired dr. from the insurance company he cut me off like he does everyone he gets paid to do so. Fact I couldn't see any Dr. because they wanted payment up front and I had no money to pay the bills. It's not a perfect world I have never had a back injury prior to this accident I have in most years always made a 6 figure income never in my life have I collected even unemployment insurance. Here I got the short end of the stick and the insurance company gets away without paying for my consequences relating only from the accident. I urge everyone to take a stand and use the internet and review sites to hold people accountable that are or claim to be professionals it's time for Doctors and Attorneys to be.
