Stay a way!

Definitely definitely will NOT recommend to hire Nadia. This will be your worst experience. First she waisted our time (over a year) without doing anything in our case, never calls back, you can never get any answers from this office. And good luck trying to get you file to pass the new lawyer.

Irina, I am sorry that you feel this way. I think it is important to mention that your husband, not you, was my client. Second, it is really incorrect to say that I don’t return calls when I have a staff and a 24/7 answering service. I also emailed you within 48 hours per my office policy, every single time. Your husband’s case is plagued with layers of fraud and dishonesty. I have a slew of unanswered emails and contacts with you where you and your husband simply stopped communicating with us. I have a letter i sent to you withdrawing from your case. You called me and begged for me to take you back, and I now deeply regret in light of this very dishonest review. You have had and still have all contents of your file. I am sorry things were not done to your satisfaction.

Irresponsible not a professional.

We hired Nadia last September and paid for her services. Our case is very simple, all that was required was to submit the documents that were provided to her. It was problematic to contact her, she did not answer emails, calls and did call back for weeks. As a result, she completely stopped communic...ating. In June of this year, it turned out that she had not submitted all the documents for consideration. I, my husband and our baby have lost time, money and our nerves. Don't be fooled by the high reviews here, it just can't be true. Find any other lawyer and you won't lose.

Ella, I am sorry that your husband, who was sadly the only one communicating with me, gave you such a skewed version of the truth. Your husband hired me in October 2020. We filed your case in about 2+ weeks. In term, USCIS approved your case in February 2021. This is lightening quick! USCIS then transferee your case to the National Visa Center, but decided to use the consulate where you were staying, not where you are a citizen. I told your husband via email that I have asked for the case to be transferred. He was cc-ed on every single correspondence. I never not answered his email within 48 hours. Upset at the government, your husband fired me in April this year with a rude and condescending email. I replied and have not heard back. Recently, the government sent me notices about your case again and next steps you are required to take. Seeing how you had fired me long ago, and your husband instructed me to “forget my case ever existed”, I ethically withdrew from your case. I am sorry that my response time and work product was sub par for your satisfaction. And you did not need to bring your baby into this-that was not necessary or professional.

Wonderful litigator; She Revoked an ROP for me after 9 years to help get my son's real bio-father adjudicated successfully

Nadia strategized and helped me to do what I knew was legally nearly impossible which was revoking my son's ROP (Recongnition of Parentage) after 9 years. I was 16 when I got pregnant and did not know when I conceived due to an abnormal menustral cycle due to my young age and with the close timing b...etween my ex and new b/f I was clueless as to who was the father. Please keep in mind I was young and didn't know about pregnacies yet, not to mention DNA. In general I was very scared and confused at the time. I had an ex-b/f and a new b/f who could have been my son's father. Long story short, the wrong father who also was very, very, violent signed the ROP for my child. Subsequently he also abandoned the child which was a blessing b/c he was so violent we feared for our safety. 8-9 years after my son was born and the ROP was signed I wanted DNA done to find out for sure and make things right for my son. If your wondering why I waited this long it is b/c I honestly didn't think the ROP could be overturned from what I'd read on legal forums and I was scared to deal with the man who signed the ROP. Luckily he doesn't like the law and chosed not to show up to court even though he was required to. I strongly suspected my ex-boyfriend (the man who did not sign the ROP) was my son's real father. I suspected this based upon how my son looked when he got older. Regardless, I had always wanted to find out for sure but thought the law prevented it. In 2009 I told Nadia my story and my wishes to revoke the ROP and adjudicate my son's real biological father. She spent countless hours strategizing with me on how to over turn the ROP with the uncooperative men. One of the men, Devon's later proved biological father, hired an attorney to have my case thrown out of court based on many things and I had to give lengthy testimony to keep my case in court - Nadia asked both me and my witnesses all the right questions so I could prove my integrity and that I was being honest, not lying, like the opposing lawyer suggested. The opposing council either wanted my case thrown out or they threatened to take custody away from me if they were proven the natural father. Nadia reassured me this was just a scare tactic. Long story short Nadia and justice prevailed and the correct father was adjudicated and the old ROP was revoked. I was granted sole legal and physical custody. Nadia was great at discrediting our opponent's witnesses and litigating/arguing and standing up for me in court was her strong suit for sure. Now that this nasty proceeding is over, my son's biological father and I have settled our differences for our son's best interest and he now is happy this proceeding took place and is loving getting to know his son. So now, my son not only has a father but he has his biological father while before he had no father present. I also have child support for the first time in my life (including 2 years of back child support) which is helping me raise our child and provide a better quality of life for him. My story and case was very complex but Nadia stood up for me, my story, my son, and justice prevailed.
