After a getting into a verbal argument/disagreement with my sister; things went from yelling at each other to a physical fight and the police were called. We went our separate ways after that.  A few days later I received a charge in the mail for domestic assault and the county was requiring me to go... in for finger printing.   With the type of career I am in; I was very terrified and upset regarding the charge and the significant impact would have on my career.  My husband had used Avery's law firm in the past and he was the first name that popped into my head. I was extremely worried about an Inattentive Driving citation I received from an accident in Ramsey County on September 7 of last year.
