Michael Harris Fink

I worked with Michael Fink for over five years on a very difficult and stressful custody case. Anyone who’s been through something like this knows it’s not just legal work it’s emotionally exhausting, slow, and at times overwhelming. Atty Fink was steady through all of it. He didn’t sugarcoat thin...gs or make promises just to make me feel better, but he also never lost sight of what mattered most: my child. When things dragged on or got especially hard, he stayed focused and prepared and kept pushing the case forward the right way. After years of work, the case ended with me being awarded full custody. I’ve been in the court system for around 3 years now and Michael has been my lawyer through it all. He’s taken care my struggles to get parenting time, helped with getting me a break in child support due to my circumstances, and the most important part he got me an evidentiary hearing. Michael is ver...y experienced and will fight for you in court. I just finished my last hearing for establishing a change in custody due to meeting a threshold and Michael was fantastic in the court room and due to his diligence on my case he was able to get me an evidentiary hearing. I’ve tried other lawyers before Michael and I will tell you that if you want to be represented correctly you need to call him as soon as possible. I can’t thank Michael enough for everything he was able to do as I was not able to see my son for years before he got involved. If i can give less one star i would do it. First of all he has no time for new clients and delayed the filling for 6 weeks which made my X kidnapping the kids and give them Trauma. Didn’t answer emergency calls on time at least if he was busy with courts he would act like professional and let one o...f his paralegals follow up on the situation. Asked not to pay transportation for my X and still he decided to make me pay it. ( even if it was according to his experience he didn’t explain i was just forced) Asked million times to be copied in any communications with the my X lawyer and never did. I don’t even trusted him for the confidentiality.
