Age discrimation case
I was terminated from a large fortune 100 financial services company at age 59. I was in sales and had been employed by this company and predecessors for 26 years. I had built a large and profitable book of business over my tenure however my termination was due to my inability to meet new business sales goals which had been dramatically increased shortly before the termination. Despite fierce opposition from their deep legal department, we were able to negotiate a very favorable settlement for my case. I felt very comfortable and confident in Larry Schaefer"s knowledge, interest and hard work on my behalf. I gave him a large amount of information and Larry studied it all and completely understood all the facts surrounding my case. Larry has had much experience representing age discrimination clients against other fortune 500 companies and this background made me very comfortable in accepting Larry"s guidance and strategy. I would highly recommend Larry for to anyone in a similar situation that I was in.

Excellent service, expertise and follow up
Larry is an incredible lawyer. I hired him for severance review and negotiation. Not only was he an absolute expert in employment law, but he walked me through step by step on how the process works, what my rights were and served as my friend and advisor from start to finish. I highly recommend Larry and his team, he is the best in the business.
