Trustworthy Consimer Rights Attorney

I was more than terrified when I was contacted by a debt collection agency over a debt that I thought had been long resolved. Randall contacted me through a questioniare I filled out. I could not have been more fortunate to have met Randall. He put me at complete ease, I had the upmost confidence in ...his abilities. He took the time to explain the debt collection and court processes. Randall always responded very promptly to emails and phone calls. He also took time to get to know me and asked questions about my family, which made me feel he truly cares. That's rare in today's society. Randall was able to achieve a good outcome for my case before we ever had to step foot in a court room. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a consumer rights attorney, he truly stands tall for consumer rights.

My school loan debt was cut in half!...REALLY!

When the largest bank and privet school loan financial institution doubled my payments from $200 to over $450 per month...I was in a world of hurt! I had no way to pay!...there are so many of us struggling with this tremendous burden.....I spent 3 years trying to solve this problem on my own. T...he collection agencies demanding payment in full...the threat of law suits...and finally?, a court date... a "default hearing" that I could not win on my own...the odds were not in my favor. I was being sued for tens of thousands of $ for my school loans plus interest and attorneys fees.....this is serious! The Ryder Law Firm is known nationally and I can thank my father for finding Randall on the internet from Denver! I had only 30 days left until the "pay my debt in full" court date!.... From my very first phone call to the "Ryder Law firm".... "I knew I made the right choice" Randall was so "easy" to talk to...he put my mind at ease...he knew exactly what to do!... and for the first time in weeks I started to sleep better....WOW!...I found someone who really wanted to help me!....There was a "positive" light to my tunnel of problems. CONCLUSTION; Within days my court date was dropped and I was no longer being sued!...My school loan debt was cut in half!...I was saved from paying thousands $$$ more! The Ryder law firm didn't stop there, ...Randall made sure that all my school loan "bad debt" was erased from my current credit score...I'm back in the 700's again!!! I can't thank you eniough Randall.........

"Randall Ryder may seem like a nice guy, but debt collectors quake in their boots when he shows up. Randall is a tough-as-nails lawyer who sues debt collectors for harassing people under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. When I have a question about the FDCPA, I turn to Randall. He's also a good guy to have a beer with."
