Biography
I’m an employment and civil rights litigator committed to helping people stand up to workplace injustice and abuses of power. Over the past decade, I’ve tried and won cases across the country, securing significant results including multi-million-dollar verdicts in whistleblower retaliation and disability discrimination matters, and seven-figure civil rights settlements.
My practice includes representing employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and disability matters, as well as individuals harmed by police misconduct and other civil rights violations. I also handle complex appeals and have successfully argued before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Ninth Circuits.
