One of Nick's motto's is "A CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY THAT WON'T JUST HOLD YOUR HAND AND PLEAD YOU GUILTY." Yet this is exactly what I experienced when retaining Nick to help "fight" my case. My case was the first and last I've ever had, so if I wasn't able to beat the case I was already aware of the...
I am sorry that this individual was unhappy with the way I represented him. The truth is that it was a drug case charged out as a felony. I got him a plea negotiation which would keep the felony off his record and no jail time. The problem, as far as he was concerned , is that he would have to stay clean for a year. 1 year!! And he complained he could not smoke weed. Wow, what else do you want an apology from the cop?
