Joshua M. Tuchscherer

Josh Tuchscherer is a partner and trial lawyer with Meshbesher & Spence. His practice focuses primarily on representing families and individuals who have been injured in cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, defective products and harm caused by wrongdoers.

As a result of Josh’s successes at trial or through arbitration and direct negotiation, he has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients. He has been honored by Minnesota Law & Politics as a Super Lawyer and Rising Star — an honor bestowed on only 2% of Minnesota lawyers. Josh was also recognized in 2006 by Minnesota Lawyer as one of Minnesota’s Up & Coming Attorneys. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Minnesota Association of Justice, where he serves on the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee, Wisconsin Association for Justice, Minnesota Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, American Board of Trial Advocates, and the Douglas K. Amdahl Inn of Court.

Josh also voluntarily represents women and children who are victims of domestic abuse.  Away from the office, Josh enjoys cheering for his sons at their athletic events, spending time with his family and traveling.
