I decided to do extensive research on Paul because I have been trying to reach him sine our last meeting at what I believed to be his home in mpls. He must have a good thing going to beable to live in this place I thought. And ever since he has not responded to a single message I have sent. voicemail...s, text messages, I have left many ways to reach me and nothing. Has he closed my case, cashed my check, and kept it all? I don't have any idea. I will now look into what I should do next. My accident was December 2010. I am still having back trouble. I need help, and feel deceived by this so-called attorney. Who talks fast and says all the right thing.

Please use email instead so that I may have an electronic copy of our communication. I would like you to resign from my case without financial penalty to myself b...ecause; 1. Three years have passed and the case has not been settled. 2. You have rarely responded to phone calls, emails, faxes or written correspondence. For months your emails have bounced back. Your web site has been down for months also. Sometimes your phone has been out of order and you claim not to have received faxes. 3. I have taken time from my own busy schedule to meet with you several times, obtain my own medical records and the accident report from the sheriff. 4. You have been late to every appointment we have had. 5. You were unaware of the arbitration meeting set up by your office on July 18, 2011. You arrived late and unprepared. 6. You have yet to meet with my urologist or orthopedist. 7. I have no confidence in your ability to settle my case in a fair or timely fashion. Please respond by 5 pm today so that I may seek other counsel.
