Biography
I have represented individuals who have been injured, are the victims of discrimination and sexual harassment or are going through the pain of a change in their family situation, including the end of a marriage or a dispute regarding children, for more than 35 years. I strive to achieve the best possible result for my clients in the most efficient and economic fashion. I also represent individuals in other types of commerical disputes.
In the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution I have acted as a mediator or arbitrator in hundreds of cases, helping people resolve disputes without resorting to a court determination.
