Biography
We handle all types of criminal cases, child protection cases, delinquencies, professional license revocations, and DHS maltreatment hearings. We also practice family law. One of the main aspects of my practice revolves around children. Whether it is a child making an allegation against an adult or child in need of protection from an abusive adult, we handle cases that require us to see situations from all angles. Because we have worked on "both sides" of any case involving child abuse allegations, we are able to better protect our clients. Thirteen years of experience in these cases has forged relationships with experts and professionals that can assist us in cracking the case. When I am not practicing this intense area of law, I am challenging myself with hot yoga where the room is heated to over 100 degrees! Achieving balance in a hot room in contorted postures has honed my focus to stay cool when things get heated up in the courtroom. Groshek Law has a team of professionals ready to assist. We employ four lawyers and one paralegal to provide you with excellent service. Every case in my office has two lawyers working on it to make sure every aspect of your case is deconstructed and every challenge and argument is unearthed. We also provide compassionate cousel, knowing that the legal issues are not the only thing at play; going through a court case is emotionally demanding and depleting.
