Don't Hire
I would review at a negative 10, but that is not an option. He tries, but doesn't have the experience or knowledge to properly review a case. I would recommend not hiring him. There are equally poor reviews about him.

Great Lawyer

Handcuffing
His answer was apparently correct. I have no viable information to refute it. So, according to his answer to me - any officer at anytime can handcuff anyone as long as it is for the officers safety - I find that is sadly w/o substance.
