Nicolas Reed Kaylor

Nick represents unions and employees in federal and state labor and employment law matters. He has worked with unions and their members in the processing of grievances, arbitrations, contract negotiations, unfair labor practice charges, union duty of fair representation disputes, and other contract issues. Nick counsels employees on a variety of employment law issues including employment discrimination, wage and hour issues, family medical leave, and employee benefits. Nick also has experience with assisting clients in reviewing, negotiating, or litigating issues related to, employment agreements and noncompetition agreements. Nick maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting individual clients in housing and creditor collections matters.
