Ms. Berg was my attorney for just a few months. In a short period of time, she managed to upend my credibility and cause undue friction for my family that I don't believe will ever be resolved. It's unclear whether Ms. Berg doesn't know the law or deliberately tries to disregard it. Either way, he...r antics did not sit well with the Judge. Nancy Berg framed her facts as they suited her and the Judge called her out on it several times and warned her about her dramatic court antics. This biased the judge against my case.
