poor representation

Nancy Berg dropped the ball multiple times during a two year divorce process. She was inattentive and borderline incompetent. Her inadequate representation cost me a small fortune. She failed on several occasions to identify her errors and was unavailable when asked to correct them.

Poor preparation

Nancy Berg framed her facts as they suited her and the Judge called her out on it several times and warned her about her dramatic court antics. This biased the judge against my case. She didn't seem clear on the facts and was ill prepared. Her bombastic words, while initially uplifting, ended up p...ushing us to court rather than reaching an agreement.
