Paternal Child Support Defense

I hired Mr. Boulette back in August 2012 to defend from the "blood sucking" ex, the mother of my two estranged children on my child support obligations. This woman had the audacity to certify mailed me a packet with a stack of children's medical bills asked for a total over $13,000 middle of no wher...e while I paid her $4000/month (on time) in child support. Mr. Boulette was professional, prompt on emails and phone calls, and thorough on my case after an initial complimentary phone consultation. After Mr. Boulette's assessment of all the medical bills, he found ONLY $900 out of those $13K medical bills were legal under the law and judge's orders. A HUGE WIN for me, Mr. Boulette's knowledge, and a BIG F to the mother of my estranged children! Thank you Mike for all your help and attention to my case. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
